Please read these Shop Policies carefully before using this Website.

 

Below are the 5 key steps to deliver your order and the policies attached with each step:

1. Order Placed

  • The process starts when we receive a successfully order placed by a Buyer.

2. Processing

  • The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-7 business days.
  • We will be doing our very best to process as quickly as possible.
  • Buyers will be updated by email as their order is processed and shipped.

3. Shipping

  • Most of our shipping is sent through Australia Post.
  • Shipping times vary from country to country, and will be longer if outside Australia.
  • We ship to limited countries including Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA and UK. 
  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
  • If a Buyer need to make a change to their shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate them; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

4. Delivered

  • If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at support@xorl.co, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
  • Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations: At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@xorl.co within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
